La Dordogne Verte campsite has the charm of a small village integrated at the foot of a bastide, bordered and surrounded by the Dronne , which delimits the Dordogne from the neighboring Charente with the listed village of Aubeterre sur Dronne .

The Périgord Vert contains magnificent Renaissance castles such as the Château de Jumilhac, nestled in the Périgord-Limousin regional natural park. This fortress built at the beginning of the 17th century and classified as a historic monument is distinguished by its high roofs, its harmonious lines, its Louis XIII staircase and its French gardens.
